What these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who visits darkphish.es. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it. They sit alongside the legal notice and the privacy policy, which form part of them.
Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory Spanish or European law.
How you may use the site
You may read these pages, share links to them, and send us a demo request. You may not resell access, present the content as your own, or use the site to advertise anything.
Automated access is allowed for search-engine indexing within the limits of our robots.txt. Scraping the site for reuse, load testing it, or probing it without our written authorisation is not.
When you send us a request
When you use the demo form you confirm that the details you give are accurate, that the email address is yours or that you are authorised to use it, and that you are acting on behalf of the organisation you name.
A submitted request is not a contract and does not oblige either side to anything. We may decline to follow up on a request, and you may withdraw one at any time by writing to us.
We may refuse or discard requests that appear automated, abusive or fraudulent, and we may rate-limit submissions from the same origin. What we then do with the data you sent is set out in the privacy policy.
Accuracy of what is published here
We keep this site aligned with what the product actually does today. Capabilities on a roadmap are not presented as shipped. Even so, content may become out of date between releases, and screenshots and figures are illustrative.
Where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement or a written proposal, that document prevails.
Intellectual property
The contents of the site belong to DARKDATA, S.L. or are used under licence, on the terms set out in the legal notice.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit and loss of data arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and severability
We may change these terms; the version published here is the one that applies. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Santiago de Compostela, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule provides otherwise. Write to info@darkphish.es with any question about these terms.
